Unfortunately you do not seem to understand enough about civil procedure and court orders to ask a question that can be answered. You don't "present" a court order, void or otherwise. Procedural steps to take to show an order is void depend entirely on the situation. It can't be answered in the abstract. The same is true for the elements to establish an order is void. Without details and context of the situation and why the order might be void it is impossible to answer.
