If we had conservatiship while my father was alive.Now that he is deceased ,with no will,what happens to his property and estate.Courthad ruled infavor us us cause his wife was abusing his money

Now that he is deceased, you may need to open a probate to handle the assets, depending upon the nature of the property remaining upon his death and the value of that property.

You have to identify what property there was and how title was held, whether or not there were nay beneficiary designations, and on and on.
