Legal Question in Family Law in California
I have been in the process or thought i was in the process of divorce for over a year now. The paralegal i had paid come to find out has not done anything. One i need to figure out what needs to be done to finalize the divorce and two i need to figure out what to do about the paralegal. She works for a company but did what she did on the side and has prevented me from moving on with my life and did many shady\illegal things throughout the process and has accomplished nothing. What do i do? Due to her instruction i sold my house and many more things that has created stress and hard ship on my behalf. I am lost and frustrated. Any advice would be helpful thank you.
