Legal Question in Family Law in California

"The proposed order is the term for the unsigned order prepared by one party that you are objecting to. If the other side will not meet and confer and work it out, then you need to follow the steps in part e of Rule 5.125. If the court has signed an order that does not comply, you are going to have to file a motion." per Mr. Roach. I consulted a Facilitator filed paperwork and now the Respondent's Attorney is stating it's another frivilous hearing and thinks I should be penalized with $4,000.00 taken out of my Spousal Support. It is the Respondent's Attorney that did not call nor schedule an appointment to work out the disagreement with the Proposed Order and sent it in anyway to become the Order by the Court without me agreeing to it. I did not want to let this error (on purpose) on her part go and then have to come back to Court in the future on another problem.
