Legal Question in Family Law in California

How do I remove my adopted father from my birth certificate and place my REAL father back on it? Also, how do I regain all the child support my real father sent to my mother for me that I never got? or is that possible?

Neither one is possible. If you were legally adopted, the only way your bio father can go back on the birth certificate is if he adopts you, which would require the consent of your mother and your adoptive father unless they have passed away. As for support, that is not payable to you. It is payable to the custodial parent to offset their costs of raising you.
