Legal Question in Family Law in California

Can a restraining order on an individual, addressing a particular property be binding, when it is on a person that has been awarded the home in question.

Sounds like the judge wasn't paying attention to me. I've seen a couple of court commissioner in Los Angeles do something that stupid. You may have to appeal, depending on the state of the record.
