Legal Question in Family Law in California

I separated from my wife in January after 28 years and we have two adult sons with autism. She is the representative payee for their SSI and she receives around 7000+ to care for them from In Home Health Supportive Services, even though she isn't doing a great job at that since I've left the home. My question is, is she entitled to any child support even though they are adults?

Yes, there is a provision in the law that parents must continue to support their children when they are disabled adults. That statute is Family Code section 3910.
