Legal Question in Family Law in California

I was served an RFO and am filing a separate RFO to cover additional items. Do I have to have my declaration for my RFO included at the time of filing or can it be submitted after? Also, do I include my responses to his declaration in mine or make it a separate declaration?

You should always include all declarations that you intend to rely on for the RFO included with the RFO. Your response to his declaration should also be done in a separate document. Try not to confuse the judge who you want to read all of this material.
