Legal Question in Family Law in California

I share custody with my one year old's father ,apparently hes out of the home only visits his son probably once a week ,but his mom and sister have my son and don't want to give him back to me , I was informed that they want to fight for full custody and heard that they are making complete lies about me ,they only let my son stay with me for the weekend . Can I get the police involved since they don't want to give my son back to me ,please help

You need to take immediate action to obtain custody of your son. The longer you allow this to continue the stronger their case becomes. You have the right to custody the paternal grandmother and aunt do not have custodial rights.
