He's the situation: Man pays spousal support and child support to his ex wife who has their two children. She is getting married on July 7. How does he go about getting a court order to provide to his employer so they can stop taking the spousal support payment from him?

He has to file a request for an order modifying the support order. The custodial parent getting remarried does not just cancel the spousal support and that's the end of it. The remarriage requires a recalculation of child support as well, because her spousal support was counted into the child support formula, and her taxation will change from single or HH to married. The whole support thing has to be redone.
