Legal Question in Family Law in California
slander
I am owed money from a firm and want to make a video knocking the firm for non payment.
Would that be slander or illegal in any sense.

This tactic was tried by two individuals with another employer. Their email attack on the former employer resulted in numerous lawsuits and large attorney fees. If the firm owes you money just sue them and then collect on the judgment.
