Special Interrogatories

I was given special interrogatories from my sons attorney. Do I have to answer them? We have a court date on April 13, 2009. The interrogatories are do back to him on April 12, 2009.

Re: Special Interrogatories

Yes, you have to answer them. If it is relevant to the court hearing and you want the court hearing to go forward, get the responses to him as soon as you can to avoid delay. If you want delay and they are due on 12th, I assume you mean you have to put them in the mail on the 12th, so do it that way.
