Can Ex spouse seek custody if I file bankruptcy
I am considering Bankruptcy if all other attempts to get out of debt fail. Can my Ex-spouse try to take custody of our minor child (we have joint physical custody in Divorce). What must I provide for this child in order for Ex-spouse not to be able to claim me as unable to provide for the minor child. What chapter should we file to prevent this if do file.
