Legal Question in Family Law in California

My spouse and I are separated, planning to file for divorce in California. I think we meet all the requirements to file a Summary Dissolution, except for one question: When it comes to calculating our community obligations/shared debt, we both have some unfiled income taxes, and are about to file them... If we file those taxes as "married but filing separately", does the amount that we each owe still get included in the total for our community debt for the divorce papers?
