Legal Question in Family Law in California

What is the step would I make with a divorce. Me and my wife just cant work things out. We only been married for 7 months. I really dont make to much money for lawyer.

You may qualify for a summary dissolution of marriage. To see if you qualify, take a look at the following link: http://www.courts.ca.gov/selfhelp-summarydissolution.htm

If you don't qualify, you will have to file for a regular dissolution, but I do suggest you consult with an attorney first.
