Hello, I have a few simple questions ? I am currentely in a very abusive custody battle. When i met with the Mediator in her report she wrote to the Judge that I was

Diagnoised with MPD? ( I have never been to A doctor)? Can she do that?

I have a mini cassette with threatening voicemails ? how can i have the juge lisen to them?

You need to retain an attorney to represent you in this matter. This gross misstaement of the facts in your case would cast doubt on the entire opinion. If properly presented the cassette tape may be indtroduced into evidence.
