Legal Question in Family Law in California

I have temporary custody of my three nephews. I've had them since 2006. Now the father wants to fight for custody but the you we boys don't want to go only the eldest what can I do for the younger boys

The most important thing that the court considers is stability of the children. If the

children are well situated in your residence, there may be justification for them to continue to remain there. This is a complicated area of the law that deserves the attention of an experienced family law attorney.
