Legal Question in Family Law in California

I would like to terminate the child support order as my child has been living with me for about 10 months now. However, I don't want to submit any financial or work information for the other party to read. This is because the other may use the opportunity to harass me as she has done in the past. Is this possible?

Thank you

I doubt it. Financial information is required to calculate child support, and although you tell us that custody is different, there is not enough information to tell whether the calculation would be different.

State law requires an exchange of financial information included with your income and expense declaration whenever you do a request for order to modify support.
