Legal Question in Family Law in California

Can there be a such a thing as simple divorce my now wife wants a divorce no alimony and no child support and is willing to put it on paper but dual custody . in this case they live with the dad and are able to be with mom if or whenever they pleased in return for this the dad technically houses and pays for all kids expenses. Would the judge disagree if we mutually come to this agreement?

You should have no problems. You will also have to agree on the division of any real and personal property.
