visitation
When the kids go for visitation and the parent they are visiting is not there they left town for the week do the kids have to stay with his girlfriend or is the visit over can i go get them.He is not there wont be back for 4 days

To be on the safe side I would recommend going into court in seeking a modification of the custody order to specify that the father should be present during a visit, particularly if this is going to be a continuing problem.
