Legal Question in Family Law in California

my wife wants to divorce me and take our 3 kids to mexico. She isn't a U.S. citezen and doesn't care about kids education or if I get to see them again. She'll probly stay in U.S. for a short time before leaving. How can I keap my kids? Can I beat her to the punch and leave with my kids? If she trys leaving with them can I legaly stop her? If she leaves with them can I file kidnapping charges or if I take the kids can she file charges against me?

You need a lawyer as soon as possible. Do not delay.

Specifically, you can prevent her from taking the kids out of the country pending a hearing on the reasons for the move away. You need court orders and you need them now.
