Legal Question in Family Law in California

My wife and I have filed for legal separation. I served her with the petition and she filed a response. We then talked of reconciling but changed our minds. Neither one of us served the financial forms and the 60 day deadline has passed for both of us. How do we do that waiver? Is there a form? If not how does it have to be worded? Does it have to be filed with the court? Or do we serve it along with our financial papers?

Thanks for any help you can give us. It's much appreciated.

That is a totally "soft" deadline. Just get the paperwork done and you should have no problems.
