Legal Question in Family Law in California

My wife and I have been separated since August 2012, she filed an erroneous restraining order to kick me out of my own home (my sole & separate property) and our divorce still is not finalized due to her and her attorneys dirty deeds. She works in her attorney's office and is working on her own case. She is continually stalling and refusing to sign the judgment. What is my next course of action, as I feel my attorney is letting my case sit on the back burner. What can I suggest to light a fire under his you-know-what?

If your attorney does not know what to do, you should get a new attorney.
