Legal Question in Family Law in California

One year ago, I had a Domestic Violence Restraining order GRANTED against me by my-ex husband by mistake by the Court (he said I was served, I never was and the Court granted the RO) I went to Court and filed and Ex-Parte motion to be heard and the Court GRANTED the motion. At the hearing the judge DISMISSED the RO and I have the Court order in my possession. However, the RO still appears in the CLETS system ( I just went to Mexico and they told me that I have a RO!)

How do I get this RO (which was dismissed by the Court's order on 2-17-10 in Los Angeles Superior Court in Van Nuys) remove from CLETS? Is there a motion I have to do with the Court, or is there a much simpler process? I just don't want to have to show up to Court again with my ex-present in the courtroom because he gives me the creeps!

There is a form that needs to be filled out to get the Restraining Order out of the CLETS system but sometimes the court forgets to fill it out. I would go back to the court and ask them to fill out the form.
