There is no finding of guilt in a civil action, so the correct answer to your question is no.

What you probably have in mind is whether you can still be sued civilly for the same acts that already brought you a criminal conviction. The answer to that question is yes. There is no reason why the property owner's right to recover from you should vanish once you are convicted.
