Legal Question
Forced FML while on Workers Comp.
My company is telling me I need to sign a FML form while I am on Workers Comp from an on the job accident. I was also told if I do not sign this FML form it will interfier with the workers comp payment I will be receiving. Please tell me if this is ture.
