Affirmative Defenses

Where can I find an ''affirmative defense'' pertaining to someone who is suing another individual and alleging that the defendant should not be able to call on potential customers, prior customers of the Plf's business for which the Def worked, or prior customers of the Defendant's when he worked for another company?

You need to go to a law library and research each specific cause of action individually. I would probably start with Witkin�s Summary of California Law.
