breach of settlement agreement
I was a conservator for my mom, when she died I became the trustee of her estate. I'm the last of 7 kids and all but two of my siblings have made my life and the last few months of my moms life horrible. Just to spite me, without any regard for my mom 4 siiblings objected to me bringing my mom home from the nursing home to die. She died before thr judge was able to make a decision. Every thing they asked for I gave them.. We reached an agreement to stop litigating on matters of consevatorship and the trust we're back at it again I say black they say white.I can't sleep, I'm a mess. My attorney has been terrific and generous with his fee but he is tired too of the BS. As soon as we close the consevatorship, I've let my attorney know I would pay him and take over alone finializing the trust. The ring leader of all of this is the oldest sister,4 homes and money.lawsuit is the only way to stop her my family is so horrible. Help me, please

Thank you for your posting. Along with Ms. Gosh, I am completely confused on what you want to sue for, or what your relatives want. I can appreciate the frustration you've expressed, but I am not sure what your goals are here.
