What is it called when police officers use illegal unseen force?

I'm not sure what you mean by "unseen". When police use more force than reasonably necessary, it's usually called "excessive force." That means physical force used against one or more individuals. My sense is that you have something else in mind. If so, please re-post your question and tell us more about what happened.
