Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

I know there's a civil cause of action for Trespass, but if someone away (that is at his work/home), had previously instructed a group of people (that had no business being there, knew no one, and were not invited) to trespass onto private property gated parking lot, is there a cause of action for Conspiracy To Commit Trespass, or Aiding And Abetting Trespass, for that person that instructed them to do so?

Conspiracy is not a cause of action. It is a form of vicarious liability that makes other people responsible for a cause of action, but it is not an independent cause of action.
