Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

My company is being threatened to sue because we forgot to advertise an event as 21 and older. It is only one man. He brought his 2 kids and said he felt embarrassed, lied to, and like we wasted his time and money. Is he just in thinking he can sue?

I don't see a cause of action, unless you had a specific contract with him and either breached it or committed fraud.

I agree I cant see what his damages would be even if he had a cause of action.
