First, there can be conflicts whenever an attorney represents more than one client. Even when it appears at first that they have the same interests, they can develop differences later on in the case, such as when one client wants to settle and another does not. Assuming appropriate waivers can be obtained, then group representation is possible. I have a lot of experience with Interpleaders and would be happy to discuss potential representation.

There are probably many lawyers who would be interested in your case if you provided more information. That multiple defendants have been interpled is interesting, but it does not tell us what the case is about or where it is pending.
