Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

I have neighbor that calls the police on my son everytime he is at the end of our street waiting for his ride, they tell the police that he is selling drugs, everytime the police come they search him and find nothing, now they have called CPS on me saying my kids are selling drugs out of the house, CPS came and talk to my younger kids and older kids and said they see absolutley no reason to be concerned, eveything is good at my house. Would be able to obtain a cease and desist letter to be send to this neighbor?
I ahve my son wait at the end of the street for his freinds when they pick him becuase I already had one of his freinds accidnetly hit my car, we have alot parked cars on our street.
