Have default judgement against me. I owe the money. Would like to go into court to see the judge to make a re-payment plan. What form do I use and what do I say on it???

Re: Payment Plan

Judges do not work out payment arrangements relative to judgments; this can only be worked out with the person or entity who obtained the judgment against you. Also, the holder of the judgment does not HAVE to allow a payment arrangement, once they have a judgment, and they can demand all the money immediately and take action to enforce the judgment immediately. Also, be aware that judgments in California earn interest at 10% per year on the amount unpaid, so you may be better off borrowing to pay it all off.
