Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California
If a process server is trying to serve my boyfriend (estate issues with both of us due to my sister) and they start divulging personal information to his neighbors about ME, is that legal? I do not live with him & live in a different neighborhood. I feel very violated. Do I let it go?? Thanks

If I were you, I'd be worried about what is getting served. Evading service of process is NEVER a good idea.

There is nothing that prohibits a process server from sharing any information they have with anyone they please.
