Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California
How can I prove in court that the person suing me is emotionally involved in the case and threatened to go down that route ? The person is also suing for $4,880 and I'm not sure if its a small claim that he has on me? Also will that effect me in court if I'm not yet f legal status in the country?

People are always emotionally involved in a case... Not sure what your question is?Your legal status really doesn't mean much... The amount can be small claims
Your legal status does not matter in court. Look at the Complaint to determine which court your case was filed in. It could be small claims in which you have to represent yourself or limited jurisdiction where you can retain counsel to represent you. It doesn't matter if the plaintiff is emotionally involved in the matter (they always are) or if they threatened to sue you.
