Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

I Requested Civil Harassment Order, the harassment has goon for years and they have try to run my over with their vehicle, the Court Denied the Order, what legal rights the defendants have against me or what can I do?

If they commit a new incidence of harassment that you can prove, you can file a new application for RO. Next time hire an experienced attorney to do it right and with sufficient proof to the court, so you have a chance of success.

They have no legal grounds to take action against you for failing to win the RO. Everything that happens in court is immune from retaliatory legal action.
