resignation preparedness
I do not have any non complete clauses in my contract. Knowing that the owner will sue me anyway what can i do to prepare before I leave the company?

Re: resignation preparedness talk to an attorney immediately. you could be found liable for stealing secret information whether or not you have a non-compete -- why do you think you will be sued?
