Slander
I was recently accused of Hitting my Step-daughter and wife by my wife's ex who is also my Step-daugters father. My wife is currently in a custody battle and her ex is trying to drag us into court as often as possible. My wifes ex submitted a document to the court stating that I hit his daughter and he thinks I hit my wife.
Can I sue him for slander?
