Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California
i got a ticket from animal control for not having my three new pups less then a year old in the city of Lancaster ca for not having them fixed no shots and not being chipped but on same ticked they also wrote me up for the same thing for my friends three dogs all on the same ticket all in my name only .how am i responsible for her dogs?i what can i do about this?

Your question lacks facts that would allow it to be answered. Presumably they didn't ticket you for your friends dogs that were living in the friend's home across town. So until you give full details of how there was any connection between you and the friend's dogs we can't help you.
