Legal Question in Health Care Law in California

Hello,

About 3 and a 1/2 years ago I went into insulin shock and paramedics were called to revive me. After I started regaining conciseness the paramedics assumed that my blood sugar level had normalized and asked me many times who the president of the United States was. I was extremely groggy and half asleep and aching from thrashing around due to being in shock, and while trying to regain my breath, I still answered, George Bush, each and every time. The next thing I know I am being rushed to the hospital and being given a catscan! Soon after, I visited the doctor and felt that my doctor's office staff was being very inconsiderate and dismissive towards me and now realize it was because they had done a drug test and found marijuana in my system.

The answer I gave to the paramedics was correct. George Bush is the president of the United States, the paramedics did not properly qualify the question; Who is the current president of the United States? This would have avoided me having to occupy an emergency room, avoided an unnecessary, invasive, and expensive catscan, and also now having to be shunned by my health insurance which is more detrimental to me since I am a type I diabetic.

I would like to know what options I have to force the results of the drug test off my records?

Thank you very much.
