Legal Question in Health Care Law in California

malpractice

my sister was mistreated ,humilated

,charged for treatment that she

never got insulted in front of other

clients harrased by this doctor until

she went to another doctor that took

care of her ailments and liver

problems ,this new doctor informed

her that she should get a lawyer or

complain ,what can we do ?

Although your description of the treatment of your sister indicates she was mistreated, often it is not enough to file a lawsuit for malpractice. One needs complete information as to the details of the medical care or lack thereof, along with the medical records to begin the assessment.
