Obtain Medical RecordsA
As a result of an on the job injury, I was refered , after sometime , to a medical evaluating Doctor and I personnally want to get copies of the results of the examenation sent to me. My job paid for the records, but I authorize their review. How can I personnally get a copy of my records.
