Power of Attorney

Which form is necessary for a person that's dying to sign in order to give another individual all rights to make any decisions as far as health issues even after death?

Re: Power of Attorney

Durable Power of Healthcare, also known as an Advance Healthcare Directive. We use the latter because we combine this document with a Living Will.

If you feel you need one of these to be drawn up, please do not hesitate to contact our office at 626-578-0708 or through the Internet at www.No-Probate.com.

Re: Power of Attorney

Living Will or Health Care Directive and Durable Power of Attorney. One issue: if person is dying there may be an issue of 'duress' or 'incapacity.' If you might 'benefit' from these documents, I would consult a local attorney for guidance.
