Legal Question in Health Care Law in California
I recived a medication by mail that i did not order. i was told they would call me the next week with shipment instructions. two months have passed, i called after one month and did not recive a return call. what is my reasonable obligation, to pursue the insturctions. they have billed my credit card for the amount.
