Legal Question

Child Born outside the US

I am an american citizen (naturalized in 1995). My wife is not an american citizen, but a Pakistani national. I moved to Qatar in 1997. Since then, we have been living in Qatar and have two kids aged 10 and 5. Are my kids US citizens? How do I get a US passport for them?
