I'm a US citizen and I married in Mexico.my husband was born in mexico but grow up in the US,how can he became legalize.we have a baby born in the US

More information is needed to answer this question fully. For instance, is your husband in the U.S. or Mexico? How did he origianlly come to the U.S.? Does he have any prior deportation orders?

Your husband can obtain a legal permanent resident status in the U.S. provided that he entered the country legally and can show proof of legal entry. If he entered illegally he can still do so if he qualifies under Section 245(i), a law that allows illegal aliens to adjust their status provided that an immigrant petition was filed on their behalf prior to 04/31/2001. Your husband might also qualify for a Waiver if he meets the requirements.
