If your husband is a legal permanent resident or a US citizen, he can petition you for your green card application, which also includes a work permit application. If you entered the US illegally, then you must also provide proof of your previous petition by your dad. However, if you entered legally, that may not be necessary.

If your husband is not a legal resident or a US citizen, you may still be able to apply for a green card based on a petition by an employer or another family member who is a US citizen or a legal resident. You may need to show proof of your father's previous petition, depending on the basis of your green card application.

If your husband is a US citizen, then you can apply today. If your husband is a permanent resident, he'd apply and you'd have to wait several years. If the former, you qualify for a work permit today. If the later, then you'd have to wait until your priority date would become current, at least based on current interpretation of the immigration law. You might also be able to apply through a future job offer. In any case, you'd need your dad's petition approval notice unless your husband is a US citizen and you entered the US legally.
