Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

Dear Sir or Madam ,

I recently got my appeal for a vawa sustained from AAO.wich allowed me to close my court as I was in removal process.my question is do I need to wait for approval notice from uscis which initially denied me in order to apply for green card ,or is it enough to present the notice from AAO ,which is May play the role as the approval notice ,in fact as my case is very rare ,I consulted many lawyers and I was given different answers ,and it seems for me a difficult question .so would you please give me an answar, and I will be appreciative .

My best regards

Hi. When you say your "appeal for a vawa (was) sustained)", what do you mean? VAWA relief comes in many forms including an I-360 self-petition, special rule cancellation and so on. Please contact an attorney who understands all forms of VAWA relief and can properly answer your questions. You should be prepared to have your lawyer review all of your documents including your court files and your USCIS alien file to give you the best answer.
