Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

I got a deportation letter because my asylum did not approve by the court. What happens if I do not leave country? Will they search me and deport by force?

You should leave the country voluntarily if you do not intend on appealing the Court's decision. Otherwise, you could be "deported by force", as you say, or you can also face a future bar to adjustment and/or a 10 year denial of re-entry into the United States (if and when you ever do leave the country).
